How should I report extraordinary baggage when booking?
More information on which baggage is not allowed on the aircraft can be found on this page. The transport of extraordinary baggage is always on request. You can request permission through the contact button below.
A piece of baggage that exceeds the dimensions of regular baggage (80 x 60 x 25cm) is automatically regarded as extraordinary baggage. You can have your sports equipment or other baggage insured against damage at the TUI (information) desk upon payment of a modest premium.
The following objects cannot be insured:
• special and valuable objects such as jewellery, watches, furs, binoculars, cameras and video equipment, mobile phones, portable computers;
• any fragile objects;
• protheses, contact lenses, glasses;
• documents, money or monetary instruments, collections.
