What should I do if my baggage is missing?
Despite all precautions, baggage can sometimes go missing. Report it to the ‘Lost and Found’ desk at the airport of arrival before you leave the airport. No arrangements can be made without this report. You will need the booking number, boarding pass and baggage label.
If you have not already done so, please contact us as soon as possible via the complaint form on ‘my TUI’.
Once the baggage has been located, the carrier will make every effort to deliver it as soon as possible. Track your lost/delayed luggage via Worldtracer.
