A reservation for a TUI fly flight is final, which means the reservation is directly confirmed in our system. In case of cancellation the costs are 100%. Therefore the reservation is non-refundable.
If you have booked a cancellation insurance policy, you should read the conditions attached to it in order to find out whether or not you are entitled to a reimbursement from the insurance company. This will only be the case if your reason for cancelling is accepted by the insurance company. On this page you can find the conditions attached to the optional cancellation insurance policy that can be taken out while booking through TUI fly. In case of actual cancellation of you booking you will receive the necessary documents at home.
In case of cancellation of complementary services, such as transfers, meals and insurance, TUI fly does not grant any refunds.
