What kind of assistance does my underaged child get at the airport?

Minors must be accompanied to/from the airport. Escorts should stay until the plane takes off or arrives. Please arrive at the check-in desk 2 hours before departure for a smooth process. At check-in, your child will be registered and given a UMNR wallet containing their ticket, boarding pass, passport/ID, and UMNR form. This wallet will be carried by your child during the entire flight.

Our ground staff will accompany your child from check-in to boarding, and your child will sit near the cabin crew for assistance if needed. Upon arrival, a local staff member will escort your child to the designated person, who must show a valid ID matching the UMNR bag info. Please inform the person coming to collect the child of these requirements.
