What if my times of departure and arrival are not known yet?

The times of departure and arrival will be known at least 6 weeks before departure.

Please keep in mind that the flight schedule, including stop overs (if relevant) and the times of departure and arrival mentioned on the timetable or elsewhere, is not guaranteed. They can be modified at all times, even after the booking has been made, with or without prior notice. Times of departure and arrival can be modified until one day before departure. At the earliest on the 13th day before departure we will send you an e-mail with your times of arrival and departure. It may happen that we cannot reach you anymore (you have changed your e-mail address, you are experiencing computer problems, ...).
