What will we do in a crisis situation?
We always try to contact you on the mobile phone number noted during the booking or given to your travel agent.
We recommend providing your mobile number, which you can be reached on before and during your holiday, during the booking or through your travel agency so we can keep you informed via SMS.
If your mobile number is not listed in the booking, we request you to provide it to us. You can contact our Customer Service Center or your travel agency after receiving your travel documents.
