Where to find info about a crisis at your destination?

We make every possible effort to guarantee that you have a holiday without worries, but some things we can’t control, e.g. a hurricane, a (forest) fire or an earthquake at your holiday destination. Of course, we always keep a close eye on this kind of situations and remain in contact with our tour guides and local representatives. TUI’s Health & Safety and Crisis Management department continuously monitors everything that is happening in the world and that may influence your holiday.

We will always try to contact you with all necessary information on the mobile phone number noted during the booking or given to your travel agent.
