What should I do if my baggage has been damaged?
In case of damaged baggage, report it immediately to the Lost and Found desk at the airport of arrival before leaving the airport. You will need your reservation number, boarding pass and baggage label to have a Damaged Baggage Report (DBR) drawn up. The Lost and Found service will hand you the completed declaration and provide you with additional information.
Repair and/or replacement of damaged baggage must be reported through the company Dolfi1920 . Without the official declaration to 'Lost and Found', no arrangements can be made with Dolfi1920.
In case of damage to e.g. buggy, wheelchair, dog kennel, you can contact us by filling in the complaint form.
Do you only notice damaged luggage when you return home? Then the further processing will also take place for TUIfly via myTUI.
A baggage claim for another airline must be submitted to the airline concerned within 21 days.
