Can I modify a name in my booking?

You can transfer your booking to someone else who meets all the transport agreement conditions. Here's what you need to know:

  • The transfer must include all flights on the ticket and all passengers mentioned
  •  Transfers aren't possible if any part of the journey has already been completed
  •  You'll need to contact TUI fly in advance about this name change

  • You can make limited name changes yourself through your myTUI account
  • If you need assistance, contact us through the Service & Contact section on our website
