How can I create a business invoice during my booking?
While making a booking, you can enter invoice details on the passenger details page. Under the details of the stay-at-home passenger, you will see the message "Request Invoice". Check here that you have a VAT number and want an invoice on company name and VAT number. Fill in all necessary details.
If you do not see the notification, please contact us via Service & contact.
For now, this option is only available for companies based in Belgium or the Netherlands. A business invoice cannot yet be issued for companies in other countries.
If the first and last name are the same as that of the Lead passenger, i.e. the Lead passenger is also the contact person or owner of the company, you can tick the box provided for this purpose. If you use this, you will not be able to change the details of the main booker at a later time in the existing booking.
At closing, both the lead passenger and the company receive an e-mail confirming the booking.
When you log in via myTUI, you can find the invoice at the bottom.
