Is my reservation final and how do I get confirmation?

Your online booking

Every booking made on our website is final. Specific conditions apply if you need to modify or cancel your booking. Find all the details in My Booking.

Booking confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during booking. This confirmation is not proof of payment or a valid travel document.

Your travel documents

Your travel documents are available 21 days before departure. Access them easily via myTUI on our website.
