Can I change or cancel my seat type reservation with TUI fly?

You can still change the booked seat type up to 48 hours before departure in the TUI fly Services web portal.

  • When changing to a seat type with the same price as the originally booked seat type, you will not be charged a supplement.  
  • When changing to a more expensive seat type, you pay the price difference.  
  • Changes to a cheaper seat type must be made by phone, with no refund of the price difference.
  • If you change to a different seating comfort, the booking already made for your seat type will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund (e.g. Comfort or (Fly) Deluxe). You can then book a new seat type within the booked seating comfort at the rate valid at that time.   

Cancelling the booked seat type is possible but you cannot claim a refund.  

A seat type assigned by TUI fly can be changed between 24 and 5 hours before departure for a fee, but only if seats are still available.
