What happens to my TUI fly booked seat type if my booking changes or is cancelled?

When TUI fly makes a change, we will try to convert the booked seat type to an equivalent seat type on the new flight or in the new seating comfort. If this fails, TUI fly will refund the amount paid. You can then book a new seat type yourself. 

If you change your flight yourself, you can book and pay for a new seat type yourself. View more information about your booked seat type if you change your flight yourself.

In case of cancellation, you are not entitled to a refund of the seat type booked.
