Is my reservation final and how do I get confirmation?

A booking made through our website is final and subject to certain conditions in case of reservation changes or cancellation. You can find more information in the 'My reservation' section. 

A confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that was entered in the reservation. This confirmation is not accepted as proof of payment and is not a valid travel document.

The travel documents are available on the website as from 13 days before departure via 'myTUI'.
