What do I do if my payment fails?
If your online payment hasn't worked, firstly check that no money has been taken from your account. If no money has been taken, we recommend you trying again with the same or a different card. If the issue persists, please contact your bank.
If money has been taken from your account, please do not try the payment again. You may receive payment confirmation from us within 24hrs - it may be worth checking your junk folder. If you have not received payment confirmation, please contact us via 'Service & Contact' for assistance.
Tip: Check that your daily limit or card limit is high enough. Otherwise, you will have to pay in segments within the limit.
Please note: Payments by phone for any new booking is not possible.
