What documents should I present at the check-in desk?

When checking in you should be able to present the required travel documents that make your flight valid. The formalities you need to comply with (passport, visa or ID card) depend on your destination. See our list of the required formalities per destination.

Your reservation number (12 numbers) and a copy of your reservation suffice to check in for your flight.
If you reserved a car or any other services, you must print out the required vouchers/documents.
They are available 21 days before your departure via 'myTUI’. 

TUI fly can only provide information regarding the formalities required by a certain destination for Belgian citizens. In order to inquire as to what documents you need for your destination as a non-Belgian citizen you need to contact the embassy or the consulate of the country of destination.
