Can I transport a dog or cat with a flat snout ?

In the cabin

  • TUI fly only transports dogs and cats with a flat snout in the cabin
  • The total weight of the animal with transport bag may not exceed 8 kg
  • No pets are allowed in the cabin on long-haul flights, with the exception of assistance dogs

In hold

  • TUI fly does not accept dogs or cats with a flat snout in the cargo hold
  • Crossbreeds between two flat snout breeds are also not accepted
  • This is for the safety of your pet, as these animals may develop breathing problems during the flight due to high temperatures and stress
  • Pet transport in the cargo hold is not possible on flights operated by Freebird as they do not have a heated cargo hold
