I have lost my reservation number. What should I do?

If you are no longer in possession of your reservation number, you can contact us through the contact button "Service & contact" on our website. This can only be asked by the holder of the booking.

For Moroccan destinations booked on the Morocco site, contact us via the "Service & Contact" section.
