How do I protect against online fraud and phishing?
If you receive a message on behalf of TUI to pay for your booked trip or flight via social media, mail, SMS, ...
TUI will never ask a customer to use an account number to pay for your booked trip or flight.
If they do, never simply click on a link and never provide your confidential details (including booking number, surname of main booker, date of flight, etc.).
