Why do I have to identify myself if I want to make use of my legal privacy rights?
The rights you are entitled to apply to your own (privacy-sensitive) data. That is why it is very important for TUI to make sure that you are the one submitting the request.
Before handling the complaint or the request, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. If you contact us on behalf of someone else, we may also ask you for more information. We do so to make sure you are entitled to submit such a request or complaint.
