Can my booked seat number on board be different?

Your seat number on board may differ from the number on your confirmation. If you have a different seat number, we always try to put your travel party together. In a similar zone and the same seat type as in the original booking. 

The crew can provide you with a refund on board in any of the following situations: 

  1. The seat type you were given does not match the type you booked and you were not moved for safety reasons (for example, because of seating restrictions near the emergency exit). 
  2. You booked seats for several people next to each other, but you have not been assigned seats next to each other. 

If you cannot get the seat type you booked due to airline changes for operational reasons, the seat type booking fee will be refunded. If TUI fly knows about this sufficiently in advance, you will be notified before departure.
