Why are you unable to book a seat type with TUI fly?
There might be several reasons why you can not book a seat type:
- The name of the main passenger or booking number has not been entered correctly.
- You can book a seat type from 30 days to 48 hours (74 hours for long-haul flights*) before the local departure time.
- An extra seat has been booked, such as for a baby or a musical instrument.
- There is a comment in the booking that prevents you from making a type of seat reservation, for example, a child travelling alone, someone who is wheelchair-bound and cannot walk independently or someone travelling with a guide dog.
If you still fail to make a booking or if it is not possible for the above reasons, please contact us.
*Intercontinental flights (flights where your departure airport is on a different continent from your destination airport) with a scheduled flight time of more than 8 hours.
