When and how can I obtain my travel documents?

You can access your travel documents and print them out as from 21 days before departure via 'myTUI’.

Your reservation number (12 numbers) and a copy of your reservation suffice to check in for your flight.
If you reserved a car or any other services, you must print out the required vouchers/documents.

Hereafter you will find a few practical tips to avoid technical problems when printing your tickets :

  • Go directly to www.tuifly.be , do not go into your favorites ;
  • Click in the superior frame on your screen on the button refresh or click on the buttons Ctrl + F5 at the same time ;
  • Switch off temporarily your virusscanner and firewall ;
  • Disconnect also the pop-up blockers 
  • Remove the cookies.
