Seat reservation
Would you like some extra legroom? Do you want to make sure you can sit next to each other? Then reserve your type of seat in advance. If you do not reserve a type of seat, we will assign one automatically.
This is how it works:
- Reserve your seat for a fee up to 48 hours before departure.
- You can reserve your seat immediately for both your outbound and return flight.
- For long-haul flights**, you can reserve your seat up to 74 hours before departure.
- If you do not wish to reserve a seat, one will be assigned to you automatically.
- Planning to book an upgrade to Comfort (for flights up to and including 30 April 2027) or Deluxe? Then do so before making your seat reservation. A seat reservation is made within your booked seating comfort*** (Economy, Comfort or Deluxe) and is non-refundable.
* Seat reservations are always subject to change.
** Intercontinental flights (flights where your departure airport is on a different continent from your destination airport) with a scheduled flight time of more than 8 hours.
*** When booking your flight, you choose a seating comfort category: Economy, Comfort or, where available on your flight, Deluxe. This determines the level of comfort you travel with and which seats are available to you when making a seat reservation. If you do not reserve a seat, one will be assigned to you automatically within your booked seating comfort category.
