What assistance is available for passengers with reduced mobility?
You can receive free assistance at the departure and arrival airports, as well as during your flight. You can request this help during your booking or at a later time.
Available assistance:

For longer distances (WCHR): If you can walk and climb stairs independently, but need help for longer distances. You can make your way to your seat in the aircraft on your own.

For stairs (WCHS): If you can walk independently but cannot climb stairs. You can make your way to your seat in the aircraft on your own, but need a wheelchair for the distance to the aircraft.

Complete assistance (WCHC): If you are fully dependent on a wheelchair. You bring your own wheelchair and are accompanied to your seat in the aircraft.
